Fidelity Crypto Trading ExperienceA trading account offered on the existing web and mobile platforms that enables customers to buy, sell, send and receive cryptocurrencies. I was the end-to-end design lead for Fidelity's retail crypto trading offering, responsible for coordinating a team of five UX designers, ensuring a cohesive experience within the Fidelity Crypto and seamless integration with all other offerings across the Fidelity website and flagship mobile app (iOS and Android). In addition to my end-to-end responsibilities, I was directly responsible for the design of the trading, monitoring and account management experiences. Cryptocurrencies quote and trade similarly to equities with some key differences. I was responsible for the initial crypto quoting and trade flow design, prototypes for usability testing and proceeding enhancements – Working alongside our brokerage partners to bring them to production.
